Race Matters In News Coverage (NAHJ session)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The news coverage of the police shootings in Ferguson and Staten Island often inflamed already volatile situations across communities in the U.S.

(This session will use both incidents as case studies in analyzing poor and best practices of news coverage and how each affected the public)

Need to identify moderator and 3-4 panelists (not exclusive to the digital platform, but certainly preferred)
